Although there are certain areas in which the existence of a Code of Ethics and Conduct is already a legal obligation, all Institutions must have a Code of Conduct, known to all Employees, in order to ensure compliant, transparent, and ethical behaviors. The Code of Ethics and Conduct aims to:

a) Disseminate the principles by which the company and its activities should be guided;

b) Promote among Employees an ethical conduct aligned with the Institution’s principles;

c) Encourage respect for and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

d) Foster a transparent regime regarding the relationships between the Institution and its employees with external parties.
